NPC Quest Remake

A remake of the classic NPC Quest by Hamumu!

Pretty much identical to the original - sound effects, graphics, and concept all credited to Mike Hommel.

Per Mike's description:

It's an RPG game, except all you do is the shopping, then you sit back and watch how well your preparations worked for your automatically controlled character. There's still quite a bit of strategy to it, and it's pretty fun.

I love NPC Quest! So I decided to translate it from C++ to Python as a project.

The only major addition at the moment is the inclusion of the global leaderboard! See how you stack up against the competition.

When this version starts up, it will create a config.ini file. Your global leaderboard name is located in this file, so feel free to change it and reload the game to take effect.

Included is my source code (and Mike's assets). Please see the Github repo for any updated license or credits.

While it should run on any platform via the source code, at the moment it's only packaged for Windows. If you have any packaged/compiled files for any other OS, I would love to include them. Thanks!
